With an initial setting time of only 30 minutes, Fiberglass Composite Systems are excellent solutions for in the field pipe restoration. Often referred to as bullet-proofing an in-service pipeline, Fiberglass Composite solutions can not only restore a pipe to its original psi rating, but can actually make the repair area stronger than the original pipe.

Fiberglass Water-Activated Composite Solution

Syntho-Glass is the originally, patented fiberglass pre-impregnated composite that is activated by salt or freshwater. This system, when used with the appropriate primary patch, enables you to repair and reinforce virtually any diameter pipe in minutes. Syntho-Glass not only restores a pipe to its original psi rating, but actually can make the repair area stronger than the original pipe, reducing downtime, saving in parts and labor. With an initial setting time of only 30 minutes (75°F/24°C), Syntho-Glass is a versatile solution for industries where quick-action repair can be critical.

Repair Kit for Active Pipe and Joint Repair

Syntho-Glass UP Repair System was specifically designed for under pressure leak repair applications on copper, steel, SS, PVC, FRP, clay, concrete, rubber, and more. By combining the original Syntho- Glass product, with the extremely chemically resistant Syntho-Steel and unique Pressure Sealing Rubber Tape, this offers the geometric flexibility to repair joints, tees, couplings, and pinholes. This complete system simplifies the application process and is prepackaged to accommodate pipes up to 10 inches in diameter. Larger repair applications can be engineered to meet your requirements.

Repair Kit for Cracked or Broken Pipes and Joints

Syntho-Glass NP Repair System was specifically designed for depressurized pipe repair applications on copper, steel, SS, PVC, FRP, clay, concrete, rubber, and more. By combining the original Syntho-Glass product, with the extremely chemically resistant Syntho-Steel, this offers the geometric flexibility to repair joints, tees, couplings, and pinholes. This complete system simplifies the application process and is prepackaged to accommodate pipes up to 10 inches in diameter. Larger repair applications can be engineered to meet your requirements.

Fiberglass Concrete Column Restoration & Rehabilitation System

Syntho-Glass XT system is a unique pre-impregnated, bidirectional composite used to repair and reinforce both internal and external corrosion on pipelines or structures without expensive and time consuming shutdowns. The initial development of this system was designed to conform to both the ASME PCC-2 and ISO TS24817 standards for nonmetallic reinforcing solutions. This extreme strength design minimizes the time and cost of refurbishment by reducing the time to repair, as well as the replacement cost. When used with the appropriate primary coating, it enables one to repair and reinforce virtually any geometry in minutes.

Two-Part Steel Reinforced Epoxy Putty

Syntho-Steel is a two-part, steel reinforced epoxy putty. It cures in minutes and can repair most anything made of metal, masonry, wood, ceramic, glass and plastics. Syntho-Steel contains no solvents, is non-toxic and easily prepares for application. Unlike liquid epoxies, Syntho-Steel will not drip or sag and will set on wet surfaces. NSF 61 and BS6920 approved for use with potable water.

Trident-Seal™ is a live natural gas repair kit that permanently seals active leaks up to 60 psi (4 bar) without interruption to service. Each kit contains enough material to repair a pinhole up to 1/8" in diameter or a threaded fitting. The Trident family of products was specifically designed and tested for the natural gas industry and requires Operator Qualified training and certification.

Trident-Wrap™ Riser Reinforcement Kits repair non-leaking natural gas risers exhibiting wall loss up to 80% @ <300 psi (20.7 bar) without shutdown or riser replacement. The Trident-Wrap System is an engineered product which is prepackaged to conform to ASME PCC-2, DOT, ISO TS24817, and CSA Z662 standards for composite repairs, and can eliminate atmospheric corrosion in accordance with DIMP. The Trident family of products was specifically designed and tested for the natural gas industry and requires Operator Qualified training and certification.
